Get Prometheus style metric data from all apama pods using a generic user

We would like to have the ability to get Prometheus style metric data from all apama pods using a generic user, not a tenant specific user. Deutsche Telekom tenants can not be approached to create a monitoring user, that is also not feasible considering the amount of tenants. also, support access can not be used for this purpose as it has to be re-enabled after 24h (DT security policy).
