Streaming Analytics should support organising of models into "folders" or "buckets"

Currently, Analytics Builder models and EPL Apps are represented as tiles, in a flat view. If many models or apps are defined, this can involve scrolling through several pages to find the model you're looking for.
If it were possible to drag/drop model tiles into folders to organise them, that would make it simpler to locate the models you were interested in.

It might also make sense to also include views that grouped models by whether or not they were active, had reported errors, or by their lifecycle state (draft, simulation, production, test etc.)
