Make devices list columns configurable

Currently, every user can configure the columns displayed in the "All Device" list within the Device Management application for themselves.

However, in many cases a system administrator wants to change the default configuration for the columns for all users.

Our customer Schindler gave us the feedback that they would like to be able to define the default configuration not only on a global level but per user groups where there is no clear relation between Cumulocity roles and Schindler user groups.
