LWm2m - validation of bootstrap key and id

* Open a LWM2M simulator

* Redirect to Bootstrap parameters

* pass invalid values to the Bootstrap key and Boot strap ID

* even pass the negative values

Excepted Result:

Boot strap key and ID should except only digits and hexadecimal values

Boot strap parameters should not accept negative values
