Smart rules under devices and groups need to be displayed as "Inactive" when global smart rule is disabled

As per the design, smart rule will not be working(or activated) when it is "Disabled" under "Global Smart Rules". But currently as per the UI design smart rules under devices and groups will continue to display as "Active" even after smart rule is disabled from Global smart rules.

As it shows Active under devices and groups user will expect it to work and will result in user confusion.
