Highly automated firmware/software/config updates

There is a need for higher automated firmware/software/config updates. Customers with a high volume of devices (e.g. 40.000) do not want to click thorugh the UI until everey device is updated. They would prefer to trigger a process, which would manage the update process more automatically. For instance:

• User selects a (smart) group containing all devices, which have to be updated (already in place)

• User selects appropriate firmware binary and maybe set a time schedule (already in place)

• Platform starts running through the schedule (also in parallel mode)

• Devices, which are not reachable are skipped and queued again to give them a second or third try later

• After finishing the process there is a report showing the sucess rate and providing tools to troubleshoot the failed ones (e.g. manual updates, reboot &update, etc)
