Smart rule clone function only on active rules/ Cannot use groups

Smart rule group handling should be automatic (no need to go to the device).

If you clone a smart rule from device A to device B, the following message will appear

"Smart rule successfully cloned"

but they will be effectively on the new device ONLY if they were with the flag Active on the previous one

The flag has no real meaning. To activate Smart Rules you need to enter in each one of them.
