Did I understand you correctly, that in the previous platform version, times were always displayed in the 24-hour time format and only after a recent update in the "All devices" view the time format has changed to a 12-hour time format? Hello, we can see from the figure that there are two times. When the system language is set to simplified Chinese, the time format is inconsistent. Now our customer needs to change the display time format to 24 hour. Importantly, in the previous version both times were displayed in a 24-hour time format. Improve the customer experience, convenient for data check and viewing, visual unity and coordination, the customer will often compare these two times to judge whether the data display is normal.
