The reports are now scheduled on UTC instead of the timezone of the customer. This cannot be true for a Internet Service. If a customer out of the UTC-zone wants to schedule his reports he/she has to calculate on which time he has to set the schedule, so it would arrive on time in his/her timezone.
Thank you for the feedback. The reports were always scheduled in UTC time but based on customer feedback we now explicitly mention this in the UI. I agree with you that an export in user time is the better solution.
After discussing this with the development team, it turned out that a conversion for a schedule like 9:00 on first day of the month from UTC cannot be converted on UI side. Based on the current implementation their is no way to change this behaviour in the backend without a major refactoring. Hence, for now we will keep this idea in the backlog.
