Branding Editor: provide option to remove app icon and name

There are cases where user does not want to have an app icon or any app name and its unable to remove the same.

The hack used by customer is to upload a transparent png image and use app name as .

    The feedback was collected during a customer interview @ IUG and will be utilized in the upcoming upgrade of branding editor to provide an option for the user to remove the app icon in the applications.
