Provide flexibility in setting alarm severity.

Hi,

The customer would like to be able to control the create and cleared of alarms using the standard smart rules function without using the EPL App.

Specifically, they would like to see the following functionality implemented.

• It is possible to specify "severity" with the smart rule "On measurement explicit threshold create alarm".
  (It can be set with the smart rule "On geofence create alarm")

• They would like the alarm mapping function to not change the "severity" and "text" even if the alarm status changes.
