Allow dashboard templates for Child Devices as well

We recently updated the Cockpit to the current version, and we are currently testing the Dashboard Manager on our tenants. While the initial feedback is positive, we have noticed limitations in functionality for child devices. Specifically, in our implementation for ships/vessels, engines are set up as child devices, but the current Dashboard Manager does not offer full functionality for these child devices .

We propose enhancing the Dashboard Manager to support full functionality for child devices, similar to what is available for parent devices. This would allow users to fully monitor and control child devices (like engines on ships/vessels) directly from the dashboard.
