Introduce Device Type to DataPoint Library

Currently, a user can define Data Point library entries based on their fragment/series and the Library Entry applies to each measurement producing measurements with exactly these fragment/series combination.

My idea is to introduce an optional field "Device Type" to the Data Point Library - similar to the Device Type concept we use already in Software Management. This way the UI would be able to show the user only these DataPoint Library entries that fits to the current devicetype.

Benefits:

• This would make the usage of datapoint library entries easier on a large scale (with hundreds of different datapoint library entries).
