Ability to set/manage label(s) to assets - these labels can be used in search and filters

This feature would allow users to add labels to their assets, which could then be used to search for and filter assets. This would make it easier for users to find the assets they are looking for, and would also help to organize their assets.

• Users should be able to create and manage their own labels.

• Labels should be able to be applied to multiple assets. (define one use everywhere)

• Users should be able to search/filter for assets by label.

• Users should be able to be applied to assets in bulk.
