We are looking for a parameter to specify
„Server hallo“ retry timeout in seconds or miliseconds, say 2s, 4s, 8s (prio 1)
Maximum number of retries (eg 3 or 4) (prio 2)
Reason: in nbiot networks / networks with less-than-ideal coverages the current set timeout of 1 second is too short. Especially in LPWA networks, this sto short timeout leads to
- higher data usage
- devices will go offline as they are unable to fullfil lthe dtls handshake
