Filter events based on date and time

In Device Management - Device - Events, the filtering of events is possible only based on "Date from" and "Date to".

If there are lots of events on a specific day, the user has to scroll down the whole day to see the first events of the day. In addition, while scrolling down, the user needs to load the new events several times. In case of lots of events, this can be a time consuming and cumbersome task.

The suggestion is to allow filtering based on "Datetime from" and "Datetime to". In that case the user could specify a the exact time of the day.

This change would have a positive effect on usability and shorten time of device issue analysis.
