File_successfully_uploaded message on lwm2m bulk registration dialog is misleading for failed lwm2m device creations

Customer has raised concerns around lwm2m bulk registration dialog where the message “File successfully uploaded” for failed devices is bit misleading. By default, the complete message on the dialog is hidden until dropdown is clicked and hence with the header message alone gives a false sense of security, especially for failed devices.

Also, there is no document/user guide for lwm2m bulk registration linked to the UI (It has only generic one linked which only talks about mqtt device registration).

Expected: Confirmation dialog should display complete message without any dropdown (or) change the header to be more specific.

Actual: Confirmation dialog only displays the header (File successfully uploaded) message with a dropdown to show the complete message.
