UseDNS flag to increase SSH login speed

I have an improvement suggestion for the edge releases. If the edge is deployed without any DHCP and DNS server available the SSH login is painfully slow.

In an edge case this scenario is pretty common.

If you could set UseDNS to no in the SSH config by default this would solve this issue and really help us in the deployment (seehttps://superuser.com/questions/166359/why-is-my-ssh-login-slow)
