UI support for OPC-UA address space refresh

Situation: We have a device that is connected via OPC-UA to the tenant.

Now, the address space on the south (machine) is changing.

I learned already that with the help of an operation, the address space in the tenant can be updated.

But this is unnecessary complicate for the developers.

Solution: In the Device-Manager, page OPC-UA Server, there should be a button to activate this operation.

At the moment, it is hard to find even the right way to do it. Then you need to prepare for it (Postman or whatever). Then one can make mistakes...

If there is a button, everybody can see this function exists. No space for human errors....
