Extend filtering in offloading UI e.g. checkboxes for devices

Currently it is extrem hard to filter inventory,alarm,events and measurements within the wizard of the offloading ui. However an feauture request would be to have a more guided help to filter e.g. checkboxes, dropdown filters etc.
