Key Rotation

Hi,

Currently the data lake configuration are static, i.e. it's not possible to update the configuration. This e.g. also includes that it isn't possible to change the access key to the data lake.

Our internal policies e.g. require that we periodically update the key for security reasons. Therefore it would be nice if the data lake configurations or at least the access key could be changed without having to delete the whole configuration (and the offloading rules).
