[DataHub] Details for some log entries are missing in the system logs

In Datahub > Auditing > System logs, the details section for some log entries are empty. Mostly the logs related to Admin configuration are found to have these details missing while the offloading configuration logs displays the details.

Based on current design, the details of the operation and, if available, further information in an expandable box.

User has further concerns and feature request as following:

1. Which type of logs to expect details and which not? For example, are all Admin configuration logs not having details? Can this be documented?

2. An improvement expectation: If any logs doesn’t have details, could UI display as “No details available” instead of being blank?
