Smartrules: no-reply@cumulocity.com only, when there is no mail to answer

When the cep engine / smartrules send out an email, the sender is always called no-reply@cumulocity.com in the mail . Even though I configured in the smartrules, that the customer can answer to the mail and it will get send to an certain mail-addr...
