Apama-ctrl application log should display most recent log messages first

When looking at the application log for apama-ctrl, to see the most recent log messages you have to scroll down to the bottom. It is less useful for me to see the log messages from 2000 lines ago (as seems to be the default) than the most recent ones. By default, the most recent log messages should be displayed first on this page. (This may also apply to other logs other than apama-ctrl).

Furthermore, the 'First/Last' buttons on the logs page do not do anything.
