I raised two requests for support user functionality to enable a couple of business requirements for OEM customers like us.
1. We planned to leverage SaaS enterprise tenants in some regions compared to dedicated deployment in the NA region. We are using a multi-tenancy model of C8Y for our customers. It means our customer gets their tenant which are child���s of Enterprise tenants. So, As OEM players, we are required to support our customers. This requires our customer support users to have the same login independent of the tenant. In summary, Any OEM players who are going to leverage multi-tenant deployment for their customers and use SaaS offerings then this is very important.
2. We are looking for another extension to this ��� Authorized Service Center users which are required to log in to certain tenants using the same credentials instead of all tenants like Customer Support Users.
