When you create a new user and choose the 'Send password reset link as email' option, the user gets an e-mail as shown below. Many of the users are asking us, what their username is in order to login in. We can avoid this question by including the username in the password reset mail.

[link]
After that you can login in with your username [username].
If you were not expecting this email, please ignore it.

Hi Lars, thank you for the feedback. We do not send the username along with the password reset link within the same e-mail as this is the recommended behaviour due to security reasons.
Owners of an Enterprise Tenant can change this by navigating to the Settings -> Enterprise Tenant -> Configuration section within the Administration application. In this view it is possible to change the e-mail template for password reset mails. You can use the placeholder "{username}" in order to integrate the username into the password reset e-mail.
