Dear SAG team,
one our customers have been facing problems with the limitations of SmartRest 1.0 via MQTT. Their intention is to match requests and responses together. However, also as stated on the Cumulocity website, it is not possible at the moment. There are definitely some workarounds but none of them is suitable to solve the problem reliably.
Therefore we would like to kindly ask you to resolve this limitations as soon as possible. We believe, that the support of MQTT 5 could be a suitable and long-term solution which would bring benefits for other customers too.
