Move sub-tenant to new domain

We had the case that we needed to change the domain name of an advanced tenant. Chaning for the advanced tenant also worked, but the existing sub-tenants remained with the domain with which they were created and were not "moved" to the new domain.

This feature would allow that sub-tenants are moved to a new domain, when its parent domain name is moved.
