Auditing API's Deletion

There is a small thing that affects the accountability and I would like to fix it by adding small auditing feature, it appeared to me after performing a deletion request via API's, the whole alarm list in my tenant were erased, the thing is, there wasn't a single record or a log to show who performed the request, in our case, we have the platform on prime and the client has access to the API's, and since the deletion feature via API's is not audited, this might cause unneeded stories. how soon do you think we can have this feature added?, note: UX = 10.6.6.
