Email Alarm Creation - auto completion needed for the alarm type

When creating the "*On alarm send e-mail*" (from "*Smart Rules*" side panel), the "*On Alarm matching*" field should show the list of "Alarm Type" (from the "Alarms / Events" panel in the "*Data Explorer*" tab of the TTConnect Wave)

    On discussion in the team we believe from a user experience point of view it might be better to provide a list of available alarm types as the user has to know which alarms are available for auto-complete to work. As and when we are able to consider this Idea we will need to discuss the required user experience.
