In the API for Measurement there is no possibility to query for Group Devices. If I have same Device Types with the same Measurement Structure (Type,Fragment,Series) there is no easy way to delete measurements for a group of Devices. It is only possible for one or for all devices. When I have a Group with a large number of devices it takes some time to delete the wrong measurements.
Thank you for raising this Idea and our apologies for not responding in a more timely manner.
For deleting measurements there are other options, such as this very handy open source tool which provides a useful command line interface for Cumulocity http://cumulocity.com/guides/users-guide/administration/#changing-application-settings
