Currently setting up a new tenant is a manual (and error prone) process e.g., users must be added, widgets added and customized, smart rules created, and device protocols configured. To quicken this process, it would be useful to be able to clone (and save) an existing tenant. In this way a “golden tenant” could be created, tested, and then cloned as the basis for new tenants.
This is definitely worth implementing, IMO. If SwAG would like my perspective on this, please feel free to include me in this discussion.
Hi Iain,
Thank you for raising this Insight and my apologies for the delay in any response being provided. We have discussed this internally and it is definitely feasible. It would be very useful to have a short call to understand what components you would see as being useful to be part of the clone. May I ask you to get in touch with me at jane.porter@softwareag.com so we can set something up.
Thanks, Jane.
