we have configured the email-server configuration for our enterprise tenant. This configuration also applies to the subtenants. That means all our subtenants get the e-mails from our server. It would be adventageous if this configurations could be made for subtenants as well. So the e-mails and information inside them could be customized for the customer of the subtenant.
Thank you for raising this Insight for Cumulocity IoT. This is indeed a good idea and would enhance the usability for sub-tenants. We will add this to the list of ideas to be considered for a future release.
