The Trusted Root Certificates should support the same Certificate on multiple tenants within an enterprise tenant.

Itron supports many Trusted Root certificates and generates them as needed per manufacturing needs.

What currently occurs is that if a user attempts to import the same trusted root certificate into two tenants on the same enterprise system, the second import fails due to that the certificate is already imported into tenant1.

There should be no limit to the Trusted Root Certificate import per tenant.
