Extend filtering in offloading UI e.g. checkboxes for devices

According to: Link Currently it is extrem hard to filter inventory,alarm,events and measurements within the wizard of the offloading ui. However an feauture request would be to have a more guided help to filter e.g. checkboxes, dropdown filters etc.
