Don't send events when going through log files

Every time a user displays or switches a page in the microservice logs, an event will be created. This creates a lot of noise and even costs through our Inbound Data Transfer metric.

LWM2M optional resource

Currently the Cumulocity LwM2M-agent sends all optional resources for default objects such as security (0) and server (1). This requires the client to handle these resources unjustly and consumes additional bandwidth down to the device.
