Yes, good idea. When you create currently a new tenant you see in "Administrator's username" field: "e.g. joe (required)" This could be changed to the text you proposed.
thanks for the feedback. The username is the ID for the user and cannot be changed. A proposal we have been discussing internally is to establish the following mechanism as best practice:
The username for the initial admin user should be a neutral name and not reference to a physical person.
