Improve API performance on later pages for large data sets

Currently when querying for large data sets with multiple pages, requests to get the individual pages become slower the later in the data set the page is. The first page might be retrieved very quickly but page 50 might take ten times longer to load.

Case insensitive queries on API

Do queries on managed objects with third party integrated data, which does not always underlie a defined semantic. For instance do a query for all devices having a specific property value of abc or Abc or ABC etc.
