Edge Proxy configuration support

Edge should be able to use an http Proxy to connect to Cloud instances to synchronize data between edge and cloud via data broker. Therefore there must be a way to configure the proxy on the Edge (maybe with postinstaller).

Please add warnings when deleting objects with dependent linked objects. Preferably, we would also have an option for cascade deletion. Example: deleting device protocol affects child devices that reference it.
