Edge Proxy configuration support

Edge should be able to use an http Proxy to connect to Cloud instances to synchronize data between edge and cloud via data broker. Therefore there must be a way to configure the proxy on the Edge (maybe with postinstaller).

Additional aggregation intervals

When our customers analyse data via the data explorer, they are always complaining about the large jump in aggregation between 1 minute and 1 hour. Something like 5 or 10 minutes would be a good intermediate average for analysis
